Key Account Manager – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Digimune is seeking a remote Key Account Manager based in South Africa to lead and grow strategic relationships with its most important partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving business opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across the cybersecurity, telecom, ISP and insurance sectors.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans that align with client objectives and Digimune’s growth targets.
• Analyse account performance data to identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively to maintain long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within consumer cybersecurity or related B2B environments.
• Strong analytical ability to assess account health and uncover growth potential.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with a track record of delivering results remotely.
• Experience managing retail, distribution partner or reseller accounts.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
