Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Key Account Manager to grow our business across key markets. You will own account plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable, long‑term partnerships while collaborating with engineering, finance, legal and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain proactive customer engagement and deliver measurable value.
• Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, from proposal to contract award.
• Manage bid preparation, ensuring compliance, competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support proposals, bids and project delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or commercial environments.
• Proven track record in key account management, B2B sales and bid management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical and storytelling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Experience in market research techniques and data analysis.
