Key Account Manager

About the role

MasterStart is looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients. The role focuses on generating predictable enrolment revenue, deepening client relationships, and building a robust sales pipeline that aligns with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for private cohorts, group bookings, and repeatable learning programmes.
• Drive up‑sell and cross‑sell initiatives that align with client workforce development priorities.
• Build long‑term, multi‑threaded relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, L&D, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand client objectives, skills gaps, and talent development needs, then craft tailored proposals linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and deliverable.
• Contribute to MasterStart’s annual enrolment and revenue targets, prioritising scalable and profitable growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or key account management, preferably within the education or corporate learning sector.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
