Key Account Manager

About the role

TTRO, an EdTech and learning solutions provider operating across South Africa, the UAE and the wider MENA region, is seeking a Key Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, including senior stakeholder engagement and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and close new work within existing accounts.
• Oversee commercial governance: secure purchase orders, document scope changes, monitor service‑level adherence, and renew contracts before expiry.
• Monitor account health across relationship, delivery, and commercial dimensions, surfacing risks early.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP responses to support broader company growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, client relationship management, or a comparable commercial role.
• Proven track record of retaining and expanding revenue in existing accounts.
• Strong commercial and contract acumen, comfortable with purchase orders, scope, SLAs, margins and renewals.
• Confident negotiator with senior stakeholder management experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and pipeline management (Zoho advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Solid reporting and data analysis capabilities, with awareness of budgets and margins.
