Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with utility‑scale customers in the region. You will act as the primary liaison between these key clients and internal teams, ensuring that contractual obligations are met and revenue targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key utility‑scale customers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely fulfillment of long‑term client goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and internal departments.
• Understand client needs, design customized solutions, and drive revenue growth.
• Create and execute action plans to meet quarterly and annual company targets.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and stay informed on market trends.
• Travel frequently to visit existing and prospective customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
• Good understanding of the local photovoltaic (PV) market.
• 3‑5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the PV/solar or related energy sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Result‑driven, autonomous, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
