Key Account Manager – Fourways

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the strategic management, retention and growth of our key client portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as the primary commercial contact, driving revenue expansion, cross‑selling services and ensuring high‑quality delivery of global employment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call and arrange meetings with key client contacts, onboarding new end‑clients.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and identify workforce expansion opportunities.
• Drive new revenue pipelines into additional jurisdictions and service lines.
• Promote the full service offering and collaborate with Business Development Managers.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and minimise contractor attrition.
• Manage pricing, commercial terms and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Work cross‑functionally across departments to align service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly client reports with insights on workforce trends, risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Matric and/or BCom degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in new business development, cold calling and sales.
• Proven key account management experience.
• Experience with cross‑border and global EOR/AOR solutions is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages (German, French, Swedish) are a bonus.
