Key Account Manager – Digital Media & Advertising Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients in Cape Town. You will guide advertisers through the full campaign lifecycle, delivering tailored digital media and advertising solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with advertisers to understand their goals and develop customized media and advertising proposals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, recommendations, campaign budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage financial administration, invoicing and ensure accurate budget tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports, and provide optimisation insights.
• Collaborate with creative, operations, analytics and campaign delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Identify growth opportunities through up‑selling, cross‑selling and strategic planning.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
• Drive commercial performance against sales and revenue targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships throughout a campaign lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in developing budgetary proposals and managing invoicing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations and insights.
