Key Account Manager – B2C (Southern Africa)

About the role

Logitech is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive business growth across the Southern African cluster. The role focuses on expanding the B2C footprint, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless omni‑channel execution.

Key responsibilities

• New business development & market expansion – identify, pitch and onboard new customers in untapped sectors such as sub‑distribution, independent retail and telecommunications; drive growth across Southern Africa and develop partner portals for digital shelf excellence.
• Omni‑channel account management – manage a diverse portfolio of distribution and resale accounts; execute integrated commercial strategies to align online promotions with offline activities; build strategic partnerships with key decision‑makers.
• Commercial strategy – monitor stock levels and sell‑out data to maintain healthy inventory; adapt go‑to‑market tactics quickly in response to market shifts or competition.
• Cross‑functional collaboration – work with Trade Marketing to optimise marketing spend and POS materials; provide accurate sales forecasts for supply‑chain alignment.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in key account management within FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Proven track record in new‑business development and managing distribution networks in Southern Africa.
• Experience handling a high‑volume, diverse account base and delivering results in an omni‑channel environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of distribution and sub‑distribution channels in Southern Africa.
• Ability to analyse stock and sell‑out data to maintain healthy inventory.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with key decision‑makers.
