Key Account Manager – B2B Fleet Card & CRT Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our B2B Fleet Card and CRT sales portfolio. You will act as a strategic partner for our platinum client base, driving growth, retention, and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic key accounts, developing relationship and retention strategies for platinum clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead contract negotiations, conduct regular business reviews and quarterly steering committees.
• Identify new market segments, drive volume growth, and monitor leakage.
• Represent the business at external events, presentations, and fleet‑related functions.
• Compile client‑focused reports and act as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams.
• Ensure due diligence, corporate governance, and risk mitigation for key accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of frontline sales experience, including a proven track record as a Key Account Manager.
• Strong strategic outlook with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
