Junior Store Manager – Bridge City

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Store Manager to lead our busy Pedros restaurant and take‑away in Bridge City, KZN. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high service standards and supporting the growth of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant and take‑away, maintaining Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure food quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and order processes.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Drive profitability by meeting sales and gross‑profit targets and motivating the team.
• Recruit, schedule, discipline and develop staff members.
• Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
• Strong management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with the Micros POS system (advantageous).
