Junior Solar Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Solar Design Engineer to join our growing renewable‑energy team. You will work closely with senior engineers to design, plan and deliver solar PV projects across residential, commercial and utility‑scale applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and layout of solar PV systems using industry‑standard software.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics and documentation for project proposals.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies under supervision.
• Support the preparation of bills of materials, cost estimates and technical reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar PV design (internship or entry‑level experience acceptable).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
