Junior Sales Rep (Own Car) – Fluent in Afrikaans & English – Hybrid Role

About the role

This is a hybrid, full‑time position for a Junior Sales Representative in an IT/Telecoms company. The role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Afrikaans and English, have a valid driver’s licence, their own reliable vehicle, and a stable home‑office setup.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across multiple business units through outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media).
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Identify, qualify and convert sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Deliver product presentations and virtual demos.
• Keep accurate pipeline and client data in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and new opportunities.
• Support onboarding and ensure a positive post‑sales experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and attend in‑person meetings or training days as needed.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or a target‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Afrikaans and English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and a stable internet connection for remote work.
