Junior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join QUBE Events remotely on a full‑time basis. You will help grow our portfolio of Payments and RegTech conferences by finding and qualifying new business opportunities and guiding prospects through our event participation options.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify prospective clients for conference attendance.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone and online channels, presenting tailored participation packages.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks and other sales collateral.
• Coordinate with events and marketing teams to ensure a smooth hand‑over from sales to delivery.
• Monitor market trends, collect client feedback and contribute to regular sales reports.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborative sessions.

Required profile

• Experience in conference or event sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confident on phone and video calls.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on lead generation and relationship building.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, part‑time environment while meeting targets.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Competence with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
