Junior Retail Advisor – Festive Season

About the role

Burnt Studios is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join its retail team as a Festive Flexi Junior Retail Advisor during the busy festive season. The role helps create an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, keeping the store organised and efficient and supporting stockroom operations. Experience is not required; 6-12 months in retail or a customer-facing role is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and deliver a positive, engaging in-store experience
• Influence buying decisions through product knowledge and interaction
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support stock replenishment so the shop floor stays fully stocked
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards
• Assist with merchandising in line with management guidance
• Support stock loss prevention and follow security procedures
• Help with returns and exchanges professionally

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good punctuality and time management
• Team player willing to support others
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance aligned with the brand

• Basic technical skills with POS systems and mobile devices
