Junior Planner - TFG Foschini

About the role

Foschini is looking for a Junior Planner to support the development of sales, stock and margin plans. The role sits within the TFG business unit and involves monitoring trading performance, working with Buyers and preparing trading reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of sales, stock and margin plans.
• Monitor trading performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist with demand forecasting, inventory management and Open-to-Buy (OTB) tracking.
• Analyse sales, stock and product performance data.
• Work closely with Buyers to ensure balanced product assortments.
• Help optimise stock allocation and replenishment across stores.
• Prepare weekly and monthly trading reports.

Required profile

• A passion for retail and a desire to develop into a Merchandise Planner.
• 1-3 years' experience in a merchandise planning, allocation or retail analysis role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
