Junior PAS Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior PAS Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. You will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely processing of client instructions while ensuring a high level of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately index, allocate and process daily investment instructions, including investments, disinvestments, switches and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily workload with the team to manage volumes efficiently.
• Maintain clear notes and communications on work objects to facilitate easy tracking of instruction progress.
• Generate and distribute bulk communications to clients.
• Follow up with advisors and external suppliers within SLA requirements.
• Complete daily tasks on time and in accordance with established processes.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification; post‑matric studies in Maths or Accounting are advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in an investment and planning environment.
• Knowledge of financial services products and industry practices.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and disciplined work habits.
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Familiarity with LISP (preferred).
