Junior Operations & Delivery Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Junior Operations & Delivery Clerk to join our Durban team. The role combines office administration with local document deliveries, ensuring that paperwork moves smoothly between our company, customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• File, organise and maintain company documentation accurately.
• Retrieve and prepare documents as required for internal and external use.
• Collect and deliver documents to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders within agreed timeframes.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including handling correspondence and managing filing systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and client documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Hillcrest, Kloof, Durban and surrounding areas.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Reliability, trustworthiness and a proactive attitude.
