About the role
A 12-18 month internship for unemployed youth living in or near Klerksdorp, working as a Junior Merchandiser in retail stores. The internship is paid a stipend of R3 500 per month and requires no prior work experience.
Key responsibilities
- Decide which stock needs merchandising
- Check product quality, stock rotation and price tags on shelves
- Carry out merchandising activities and store calls
- Report customer complaints and out-of-stock products
- Record merchandising activities
Required profile
- Aged 18-28
- NCV Level 4 (12 months) or N6 certificate (18 months) in a relevant field
- No prior work experience required
- Unemployed graduate; live in or near Klerksdorp
