About the role

Convertico is looking for a Junior Media Buyer ready to skip the corporate ladder and dive straight into high‑performance scaling. You will work directly under senior strategists, managing real‑world budgets across Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and monitor ads on Meta and Google, ensuring precise settings.
• Perform daily performance checks to keep spend on track and meet KPIs.
• Brief the creative team on winning assets and upcoming tests.
• Assist in creating performance reports that highlight revenue growth.
• Spend time in Ads Manager learning advanced scaling tactics.
• Maintain proactive, crystal‑clear communication with clients.

Required profile

• Quick study – absorb new strategies faster than algorithm changes.
• Detail‑oriented – a single typo can burn a budget.
• Competitive mindset – aim for winning ROAS, not just running ads.
• Figure‑it‑out attitude – dig into data when campaigns underperform.
• 12+ months hands‑on experience with Meta or Google ads.
• Technical literacy with Business Manager, Ads Manager and basic Google Analytics.
• Numerical fluency – understand CPC, CTR, CVR and ROAS.
• Strong hunger for growth and learning.
