Junior Java Developer – Talent Pool

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the talent community to share knowledge and collaborate on innovative projects.
• Stay informed about upcoming Java development opportunities within fintech and other sectors.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and best‑practice workshops.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required profile

• A completed 3‑ or 4‑year technical diploma or degree (honours or postgraduate preferred) or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on Java development experience, preferably in fintech.
• Oracle Java SE 7/8 Programmer certification.
• Working knowledge of DB2.
