Junior IT Support Technician

You will work alongside experienced technical professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows support, networking, cybersecurity and end‑user assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Assist with networking and connectivity problems.
• Support users with hardware and software related issues.
• Help with basic cybersecurity and IT administration tasks.
• Develop technical skills alongside senior technicians.
• Deliver friendly, professional support to clients.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to develop IT skills.
• Completed an IT qualification or formal studies (preferred).
• Relevant IT certifications or personal IT projects are a plus.
• Eager to build a strong foundation for an IT career.
