Junior Interface Developer

About the role

Tech Pipeline is looking for a Junior Interface Developer to help stabilise the way employees interact with company data. You will build functional, reliable internal tools—forms, dashboards, and views—that connect directly to databases and ERP systems, removing manual friction and replacing error‑prone spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, logic‑heavy interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Connect frontend input fields to backend data routes to ensure seamless information flow.
• Replace complex spreadsheets with structured digital forms and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to map data movement between departments and create supporting tools.
• Standardise CSS and component libraries for consistency and maintainability.
• Write clear technical documentation for every interface you develop.
• Debug display issues and data‑validation errors in existing internal tools.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how web forms and data inputs interact with servers.
• Ability to write clean, organised code focused on utility and reliability.
• Logical troubleshooting approach, tracing data errors to their source.
• Obsessive attention to detail to ensure every field and button works as intended.
• Good written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration.
• Curiosity about business operations such as finance workflows and inventory management.
• Preference for simple, durable solutions over complex or trendy frameworks.
