About the role
The Junior HR Business Partner will support DHL Supply Chain’s vision of becoming a great place to work. Reporting to the HR manager, you will assist in coordinating HR activities across recruitment, industrial relations, learning and development, and HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Perform HR and training related administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation (leave, overtime, payroll, terminations, performance management, etc.).
- Maintain weekly and monthly HR KPI reports and filing systems.
- Assist with absenteeism management and support training needs.
- Support recruitment processes, orientation, job analysis, and employee onboarding.
- Contribute to labour relations, union negotiations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compensation records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR procedures and the Road Freight Bargaining Council.
Required profile
- Junior level experience or academic background in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with line managers and staff.
- Understanding of HR processes, KPI tracking, and documentation standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard HR information systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations practices.
