Junior Full Stack Developer – Cape Town

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Cape Town. You will work alongside experienced engineers on client projects, building web applications and e‑commerce solutions. This role offers a blend of front‑end and back‑end development experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across both front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Contribute to web applications, e‑commerce platforms, and client‑specific projects.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Debug issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Adopt modern development practices, tools, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional development experience or equivalent academic project work.
• Self‑directed learner who takes initiative and shares knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
