Junior Food Technologist

About the role

Supreme Processing is seeking a Junior Food Technologist to join its New Product Development (NPD) team. The role supports the NPD function by ensuring that pilot‑plant products meet all specifications, internal standards, customer requirements, and food safety and quality criteria. You will also help guarantee regulatory compliance and the integrity of products prepared for sensory and taste evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that products received in the pilot plant comply with defined specifications and internal quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and food safety regulations throughout the testing process.
• Support the release of products for sensory and taste sessions by confirming product integrity.
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a background in food technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a pilot‑plant environment.
