Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join PARGO’s analytics team. In this centralised position you will work with commercial, operations and engineering teams to understand how data supports each department and help build a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily data support and ad‑hoc analysis for business stakeholders.
• Design, maintain and update dashboards and reports, primarily using Zoho Analytics.
• Identify data discrepancies, perform basic data audits and assist in improving reporting procedures.
• Document existing business and data processes to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data & Systems and senior analysts on larger data projects.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a data‑centric role or a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL – ability to write basic to intermediate queries.
• Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Zoho Analytics (or Zoho business suite) for dashboarding.
• PowerBI or Tableau (experience advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of Python (optional).
