Junior Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Brand Manager to own selected product categories, drive brand growth and support product launches. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations, offering a fast‑paced environment where commercial insight and organisation are key.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance and profitability of assigned product categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies to increase sales, market share and margin.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research and development through launch.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and consumer insights to inform decisions.
• Create pricing, promotional and positioning plans to optimise category results.
• Support the sales team with training, insights and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, trade shows and digital initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional projects with operations, production, purchasing, finance and graphics teams.
• Oversee project budgets and supplier relationships to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand management, project management or marketing.
• Proven ability to manage product categories from concept to commercialisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and market data.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits.
