Promoter – Brand Ambassador for Live Music Events

About the role

Get Real is South Africa’s leading platform for concerts and live music tours, dedicated to redefining the live entertainment scene. We are looking for a high‑energy Promoter to join our internal operations as a lead Brand Ambassador. In this role you will help create cultural movements by driving hype and ticket conversions for our community.

Key responsibilities

• Street Team Activation – conduct high‑energy outreach at key locations to raise brand awareness for specific concert tours.
• Digital Promotion – use personal and brand social channels to engage audiences and boost ticket sales.
• Lead Generation – identify and engage target audiences to capture lead data for upcoming events.
• Flyer Distribution – manage strategic placement of marketing assets at partner venues and popular Cape Town hotspots.
• Event Hype – act as an on‑ground energy leader during activations to ensure fans experience the Get Real “magic”.

Required profile

• Proven charisma – natural ability to engage strangers and pitch the Get Real experience with passion.
• Social fluency – active presence on social media with an understanding of digital marketing engagement.
• Self‑direction – disciplined to meet daily outreach targets and manage your own schedule.
• Network access – established connections within Cape Town’s nightlife, student, or music scenes.
• Reliability – consistent track record of showing up and delivering high‑energy results.
