About the role

As a Junior Assistant Store Manager you will support the store’s success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and team development. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain high standards, and build a culture that reflects the Burnt Studios brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall store performance through strong sales execution and customer experience.
• Lead and motivate the team while maintaining a positive, high‑performance store culture.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment, and daily operational standards.
• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance, processes, and team effectiveness.
