About the role
The company is seeking an IT Workshop Support Technician to join its team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This full‑time position involves providing technical assistance within the workshop environment and supporting hardware and software issues.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workshop equipment.
- Assist colleagues with technical queries and provide on‑site support.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are documented accurately.
Required profile
- Good verbal communication and technical knowledge.
- Reliable personal transport for commuting to the workshop.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Hardware repair expertise.
- A+ certification.
- N+ certification.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- VOIP knowledge (advantageous).
What we offer
- Monthly remuneration of R10,000.
