About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our South African subsidiary on‑site. The role will coordinate and deliver day‑to‑day IT services, ensuring smooth operations for all users while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line IT support and service coordination for end‑users.
- Manage user access, accounts and system administration tasks.
- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate external support.
- Maintain infrastructure assets, including hardware, software and mobile devices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and local regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with IT projects and deployments.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or coordination.
- Strong coordination, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous) and willingness to provide after‑hours support when needed.
