IT Project Manager – ERP & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects focused on ERP implementations and IT infrastructure. The role is fully remote with occasional visits to our Centurion office for key meetings and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end technology projects from initiation through go‑live and operational handover.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects covering ERP, enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations and milestones.
• Handle RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, ERP consultants, infrastructure specialists and third‑party vendors.
• Lead ERP implementation activities: requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, UAT, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations, server/hosting, network, data‑centre, cybersecurity, end‑user technology upgrades and migrations.
• Facilitate project status meetings, governance forums and produce accurate reporting for management.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or Project Management.
• Proven hands‑on experience managing both ERP implementations and IT infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and lead geographically distributed teams.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is advantageous.
