IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Manager to lead our client’s IT operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network, server and system performance for high availability.
• Oversee PABX and 3CX VoIP systems, local and cloud‑hosted servers, virtual environments, CCTV and access‑control technologies.
• Implement backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity processes.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits and incident response.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations and new implementations.
• Configure MikroTik firewalls, manage Microsoft 365 tenant and endpoint protection (ESET).
• Supervise software development and support teams, including iTrack LPR platform and Zoho migration.
• Provide strategic support to clients, deliver performance reports and translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration and cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH or CISSP.
• Experience in software support and client‑facing roles is advantageous.
