IT Audit Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Join Deloitte Ireland Risk Advisory as an IT Audit Consultant, working remotely from South Africa. You will be part of the Technology and Digital Risk team, helping clients achieve their digital ambitions through assurance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform IT internal and external audits for a variety of clients.
• Assess IT risk and develop risk‑management recommendations.
• Provide third‑party assurance and support IT governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with emerging technology projects to ensure compliance and security.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in IT audit and risk assessment assignments.
• Strong understanding of complex business and IT processes.
• University degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC or CIA are a plus.
