Internal Systems Administrator (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Systems Administrator to manage, optimise and support the suite of business and operational systems used by Netsurit. The role is fully remote, works US business hours and involves integrating tools such as ConnectWise, Azure AI and custom automation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise core platforms including ConnectWise PSA & RMM, CloudRadial, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Scalepad, TimeZest and SmileBack.
• Oversee Microsoft CSP billing and ensure accurate reconciliation across Microsoft, PSA and accounting systems.
• Manage user access, security roles and platform settings for all internal applications.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for vendor support and system upgrades.
• Design, build and maintain native or custom API/webhook integrations between business systems.
• Use automation tools such as n8n to eliminate manual data entry and streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python or similar) to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Configure ConnectWise service boards, workflows, SLAs, ticket routing, agreements and billing structures.
• Maintain ConnectWise RMM monitoring policies, endpoint compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering MSP‑focused tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with API development, scripting and workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
