Internal Sales Representative

About the role

We are a leading supplier of thermal, acoustic and fire‑protection insulation products, seeking an Internal Sales Representative for our Johannesburg South branch. The role focuses on generating sales through accurate quotations, order management and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise quotations for insulation and related products.
• Manage the complete sales order cycle from quotation to invoicing.
• Provide technical product advice and practical solutions to customers.
• Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into orders.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet branch sales targets and support business growth.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Proven ability to prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude.
