Internal Sales, Key Accounts and Export Manager

About the role

Our client, a fashion accessories and FMCG company, is seeking an Internal Sales, Key Accounts and Export Manager to lead internal sales operations, manage national key accounts and drive export growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and proper handling of pricing, discounts and stock availability.
• Lead and develop the internal sales team, set service standards, allocate workloads and monitor performance against targets.
• Manage national key accounts, build strong relationships with buyers and category managers, and create account‑specific growth plans.
• Identify and develop export opportunities, negotiate quotations, coordinate export orders and monitor profitability.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and analyses, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for senior management.
• Coordinate promotional activities, range reviews and product listings, ensuring correct documentation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal sales, key‑account management and export within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership abilities and the capacity to manage cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer service excellence.
