Internal Recruiter & HR Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter & HR Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for U.S. positions. This fully remote role combines talent acquisition with day‑to‑day HR support, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for U.S.-based roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding, new‑hire documentation, and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide administrative assistance for various HR functions and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. positions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
