About the role
We are seeking an Internal Parts Sales professional to support our Durban operations. The role focuses on selling and managing truck and commercial vehicle parts, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring accurate order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Generate quotations, process invoicing, and manage order and back‑order cycles.
- Handle high volumes of calls and WhatsApp messages from customers.
- Identify and locate parts using parts catalogues and VIN decoding.
- Maintain accurate records in the SAP/ERP parts management system.
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding commercial truck components.
Required profile
- Matric (Compulsory) qualification.
- 2–5 years’ experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales.
- Experience with brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN or similar commercial vehicle groups.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to identify parts correctly.
- Basic understanding of commercial truck mechanical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when required.
