Internal & External Sales – Events Coordinator

About the role

Thirst Bar Services, a leading bar‑service and events provider, is seeking a dynamic Internal & External Sales – Events Coordinator. The role blends sales, client relationship management and event administration to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke bar experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial enquiry through post‑event feedback.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, coordinate staffing, and organise the procurement and packing of bars, equipment and beverages.
• Handle post‑event administration including invoicing, team debriefs and client satisfaction surveys.
• Generate new business through lead qualification, pipeline management and cold‑calling.
• Present company products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or administration within the events or hospitality industry (non‑negotiable).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Initiative, creative thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flexible environment and collaborating within a team.
