Internal Brand Representative – Customer Engagement

About the role

Isabella Garcia, a South African skincare and beauty brand, is looking for confident and engaging communicators to join the team as Internal Brand Representatives. In this role you will contact prospective clients referred by word‑of‑mouth, introduce the brand, and capture information – without any sales or order taking responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have been referred to Isabella Garcia.
• Represent the brand in a warm, professional and engaging manner.
• Build rapport quickly and conduct natural, meaningful conversations.
• Ask required questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture call outcomes and information in the relevant systems.
• Meet agreed productivity, call‑quality and target metrics.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company processes.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• Completed three‑year tertiary qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication, active‑listening and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, clear, confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and keep conversations natural.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate information‑capturing.
• Resilience and consistency in meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Previous experience in lead generation, customer engagement, contact centre, reception, hospitality, promotions or similar people‑facing roles is advantageous.
