About the role
A reputable recruitment service is seeking an Internal Audit Lead to head the Internal Audit Function. The role focuses on managing the audit team, creating risk‑based audit plans, and delivering independent assurance to the board and senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the internal audit team.
- Design and execute risk‑based audit plans.
- Provide independent assurance to the board and management on control effectiveness.
Required profile
- CA(SA) or Certified Internal Auditor qualification.
- Solid experience in internal auditing.
Required skills
- Analytical thinking.
- Problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
