Intermediate DevOps Engineer

About the role
The Data Company is seeking a motivated Intermediate DevOps Engineer to join its infrastructure team. Working closely with a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help ensure high application availability and drive automation across our cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor application uptime across cloud environments.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Support cloud operations in AWS and Azure, including database services (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
- Write Bash scripts for routine automation tasks.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and related tooling.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and document solutions.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong logical troubleshooting ability and a fast learning mindset.
- Clear communication skills and disciplined documentation practices.
- Interest in expanding expertise in advanced infrastructure design.
Required skills
- AWS and Azure cloud services
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Git version control
- Terraform for IaC
- Azure SQL and AWS RDS database fundamentals
- Bash scripting
- Kubernetes and Docker (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 administration (preferred)
- Familiarity with Springboot and NextJs (optional)
