Integration Architect – Administrative Applications (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to design and govern enterprise integration solutions for a portfolio of administrative and business‑critical applications. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant integrations that support the organisation’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise integration architectures for administrative applications.
• Develop secure, scalable integration solutions that align with enterprise standards.
• Manage the full API lifecycle, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to define integration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy, interoperability, and governance standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to integration teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across integration landscapes.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, and technical standards.
• Mentor integration teams and facilitate knowledge‑transfer initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or formal ICT/Computer Science qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of integration architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of systems integration experience, preferably with ERP, HRMS, finance or billing platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with API gateway technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration design principles and data‑exchange standards.
• Proven ability to engage with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
