Integration Analyst – Centre of Excellence

About the role

You will join the Centre of Excellence of a leading iPaaS platform, working directly with customers to uncover automation opportunities and deliver integration solutions that maximise the value of their subscription. The role blends business analysis, technical integration design and client collaboration, offering high ownership and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to analyse systems, understand workflows and identify integration opportunities.
• Run discovery and requirements workshops, propose and document tailored integration solutions using Flowgear.
• Provide hands‑on support during design, build and optimisation phases and lead post‑implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with internal solution engineering and support teams to drive value realisation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, platform feedback and product evolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance.
• 4‑6 years experience as an integration analyst, business systems analyst or implementation consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage).
• Experience designing integrations for finance, manufacturing or e‑commerce environments.
• Ability to lead client‑facing workshops and design sessions independently.

Required skills

• REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, GraphQL API technologies.
• iPaaS platforms and low‑code/no‑code development (Flowgear, Sage, NetSuite, Workday).
• .NET 8 development and Azure cloud services (VMs, Storage, Key Vault, App Gateway).
• Version control and CI/CD tools: GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform.
