Integrated Creative Director – Digital Creative Lead

About the role

The agency seeks a strong digital creative lead to shape and grow its creative culture. You will direct and coordinate day‑to‑day creative efforts for client products and services, pushing the boundaries of digital branding, user experience and design.

Key responsibilities

• Craft, direct and coordinate agency creative work on assigned accounts.
• Provide sound marketing counselling and strategic planning.
• Conceptualise visual ideas across integrated communication, branding and interactive programmes.
• Ensure innovative execution of work on schedule and to the highest quality.
• Deliver superior creative products that align with agency vision and client objectives.
• Develop innovative solutions and experiences for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communication Design.
• 5+ years of broad visual and interactive design experience, including branding and digital.
• Minimum 3 years in a Creative Director role, leading cross‑discipline teams.
• Strong interest and aptitude for creative business and marketing solutions.
• Outstanding creative management abilities and self‑motivation.
