About the role
As a Sales Agent you will deliver exceptional sales service, generating business from new and existing clients and contributing to the company's profitability and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales service to clients over the phone, meeting targets for new and existing business.
- Contribute to overall profitability and growth of the company through effective sales performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years call centre experience selling short or long‑term insurance.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- RE5 certification.
- FAIS requirements based on DOFA date (advantageous).
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and probing techniques.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email and internet.
