About the role

The Infrastructure Finance Specialist provides comprehensive financial analysis, transaction structuring, infrastructure financing, and investment advisory support for large‑scale infrastructure projects and programmes. The role is responsible for delivering detailed financial models, arranging financing solutions, and offering expert advice to guide stakeholders through complex infrastructure finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain robust financial models that evaluate project cash flows, assess risk, and forecast returns under various scenarios.
• Structure and negotiate transaction terms, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations for infrastructure deals.
• Source and arrange appropriate financing, including debt, equity, and public‑private partnership instruments, to fund infrastructure initiatives.
• Deliver investment advisory support, providing strategic recommendations and analysis to guide stakeholders in decision‑making for infrastructure programmes.
