Information Technology Technician

About the role

The Information Technology Technician provides comprehensive IT support to end‑users across all sites in the Inland region. You will ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and network infrastructure while delivering high‑quality service on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Desktop and laptop support for HP and Dell devices
• Management of Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 and Office 365 environments
• Support for iOS and Android mobile devices
• Administration of Konica and Lexmark printers
• Site server control and support
• Procurement and supplier liaison
• Asset inventory and access‑control management
• Network management, including WAN and LAN monitoring
• Monitoring and measurement reporting
• Travel to multiple sites; reliable vehicle required

Required profile

• High School diploma (Grade 12)
• Microsoft MS‑900 certification
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent
• CompTIA Network+ certification
• Minimum 3 years of related IT experience
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet/NSE or similar firewall technology
• Background in a customer‑service environment
• Knowledge of SLA/contract management
• Broad IT technical knowledge covering hardware, software and networking
