Industrial Psychologist – Talent Assessment & Organisational Capability

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Psychologist to join our Cape Town team. You will apply evidence‑based psychology and behavioural insight to improve talent decisions, identify potential, and strengthen organisational capability across the talent lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, conduct and interpret psychometric and competency‑based assessments.
• Facilitate assessment centres and structured selection processes.
• Translate assessment outcomes into actionable behavioural insights and prepare professional reports.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on specialist recruitment, competency‑based interviews and selection decisions.
• Develop and run graduate assessment programmes, identifying high‑potential talent.
• Provide assessment insights for succession planning, leadership development and competency framework design.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality and assessment governance.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Industrial‑Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience in psychological assessment, talent selection and organisational capability work.
• Strong knowledge of psychometric principles, ethical standards and evidence‑based practice.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder feedback.
